• Why not just ask clients myself?+

  You can, but most owners don't do it every time: it's easy to forget on a busy day or feel awkward at the till. And clients who say "sure, I'll do it" usually forget once they leave. ReviewPing asks every client right after the visit and reminds them once. The link opens Google's review box straight away, instead of "search for us on Google". Clients can reply in their own time without being put on the spot, and an unhappy one can tell you privately. Opt-outs are handled, nobody is asked twice within 90 days, and you can see who opened and tapped. It all runs in the background, so you can focus on running your business.

• Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?+

  Yes. Google lets businesses ask clients for reviews. What it doesn't allow is paying or rewarding people for reviews, or only asking the clients you expect to be happy. ReviewPing asks every client the same way, and everyone sees the Google review button, including anyone who'd rather send feedback privately.

• What counts as a message?+

  Each review request is one message, and so is the one reminder sent if a client doesn't tap the link. Opt-out confirmations are free.

• What happens if I run out?+

  Nothing is sent until your messages reset on the 1st of the month, or you can upgrade straight away from your dashboard.

• Can I change plans or cancel?+

  Yes, anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.

• What currency will I pay in?+

  Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments.

• Is there a free trial?+

  No trial, but there's no contract either: try a month and cancel if it isn't for you.
